 Trawlin' Vikki

 Vikki & Suzanne

My wife, Vikki (Victoria Pryor Connaughton) received her BS in biology from Bucknell University in 1989, and her Ph.D. in Marine Studies from the University of Delaware, College of Marine Studies in 1994 (one week before me). She is currently a research scientist at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, carrying out electrophysiological research on the bipolar cells of the retina of adult and developing zebrafish. She has been published many times, both in the field of visual larval feeding behavior (her dissertation topic) and retinal electrophysiology. In addition, she has a chapter on retinal physiology on the web, Part V of the Webvision site. Vikki can be reached at vikki@codon.nih.gov.
